Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using this website, or by purchasing any products from us, you agree to be bound by these terms of use and sale("TERMS"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or purchase our products. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site or purchase of products constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE

You represent and warrent that you are of legal age to purchase and possess the products ordered, and that you are not prohibited from owning or possessing firearms or ammunition under any federal, state or local laws. It is your sole responsibility to know and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction related to the purchase, ownership, and use of firearms and ammunition. We (DTB) are not responsible for any legal ramifications that may arise from your failure to comply with these laws.

FIREARMS SALES AND TRANSFERS

All firearms sales are final and must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). You are responsible for locating a dealer, contacting them to arrange the transfer, and providing us with a copy of their FFL. We will not ship the firearm until we have a copy of the FFL. If the firearms is not picked up from the FFL, or if you fail the background check, you will be responsible for a restocking fee and any return shipping cost.

AMMUNITION SALES

Ammunition will only be sold to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. You must not be a convicted felon or have any other legal restriction that would prevent you from possessing ammunition.

PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Firearms are inherently dangerous. You are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, and use of any products purchased from us. Always follow the manufacturers instructions and practice proper firearm safety, including keeping the firearm pointed in a safe direction and keeping your finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot. We (DTBLLC) and all affiliates to DTB are not responsible for injury, death, or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products. We are not responsible for any accidents, willful acts, unwillful acts, or actions, acts or act of God, or gods, or any diety, acts of nature, acts of human, people, persons, groups, nouns, animals, if it walks, crawls, runs, slithers, living or deceased, or anything in between, acts of violence or non violence resulting in hurt, harm, death, injury or property damage resulting from any use or misuse of our products.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risk associated with firearms, ammunition and related products and activities. You agree to assume all risks of injury, death, and/or property damage, whether known or unknown, associated with the use of our products.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, infirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of our products or this website.

NO WARRANTIES

All products are sold "as is" and "with all faults". We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except for any specific warranties provided directly by the products manufacturer.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images is our, or our associates or affiliates property and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from this site without our express written permission.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the state in which we are incorporated, licensed, or our LLC (s) are documented as a business in, without reguard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to this website or these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, at no financial cost, if any, or applicable, to DTB.

What is a MAP policy? In its simplest form, Minimum Advertised Pricing (or MAP, as it is more commonly referred) is the lowest price a retailer can advertise the product for sale. Not the lowest price they can sell it in their store, but the lowest they can show online or in an advertisement.
