SHIPPING POLICY

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Please be aware that processing times can vary, especially during peak seasons. All shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

SHIPPING FIREARMS:

All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) of your choosing. We will NOT ship a firearm directly to your home or any non-FFL address.

FFL TRANSFER PROCESS:

After placing your order, it is your responsibility to contact your chosen FFL dealer and have them send a copy of their FFL to us. The FFL copy can be emailed to dtbmfg@gmail.com. We will NOT ship your order until we have a valid FFL on file.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:

It is your resonsibility to ensure the firearm you are ordering is legal in your state and local jurisdiction. If a firearm cannot be legally transferred to you by your FFL, you will be responsible for all return shipping cost and a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price.

SHIPPING METHOD:

All firearms are shipped via carrier that requires an adult signature upon delivery.

SHIPPING AMMUNITION:

Ammunition orders are subject to federal and state regulations.

AGE REQUIREMENT:

By purchasing ammunition, you are certifying that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID to verify your age.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

We are unable to ship ammunitions to certain states, cities, or areas due to local laws. It is your resposibility to know and comply with all local laws reguarding ammunition purchases. Orders placed for restricted areas will be canceled and refunded, and may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the cost of the ammunition.

SHIPPING METHOD:

Ammunition will be shipped separatly from firearms, even if ordered at the same time. Ammunition orders may require an adult signature upon delivery.

SHIPPING ACCESSORIES AND OTHER PRODUCTS:

Non-firearm, non-ammunition items will be shipped via standard ground carriers.

PROCESSING TIME:

Orders for these items typically ship within 1-3 business days.

COMBINED ORDERS:

If you purchase a firearm, ammunition, and accessories in the same order, they will be shipped separately. You may receive multiple packages at different times and may have separate (multiple) shipping charges.

ORDER PROCESSING AND TRACKING:

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS:

We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes damage can occur during transit. we are not responsible for damages that accure due to dropshipping but will assist you in correcting the issue with our suppliers if the damage is due to supplier fault. Damage packaging due to carrier error should be resoved with the carrier, check packaging before accepting to insure no damage has accured, carriers may offer insurance for shipments. We (DTB LLC) are not responsible for damaged packaging.

INSPECTION:

Upon delivery, please inspect your package carefully. If you believe your product is damaged or lost, please contact us immediately at dtbmfg@gmail.com. You can also contact your carrier for damaged packaging for resolve.

CLAIMS:

You must report any shipping-related issues within 1-2 days of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, stolen or lost after being turned over, given to carrier for shipping. we are not responsible for damage, lost or stolen packages after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your product has a manufacturers defect, please contact the manufacturer for warranty information and/or replacement if applicable.
